Marty G. Grooms
Marty has over 25 years of experience in the irrigation industry.  He has designed, installed, and repaired thousands of sprinkler systems.  Marty bids, estimates, and manages projects, as well as manages the day-to-day activities of the company.

Travis E. Grooms
Travis is a DePauw University graduate and has completed advanced courses in irrigation, drainage, and water/wastewater.  He is a Licensed Irrigator in Texas, has been certified by the Irrigation Association as an Irrigation Contractor, Residential Irrigation Designer, and Commercial Irrigation Designer, and is a Class D waterworks/wastewater works operator.  Travis bids, estimates, and manages projects, as well as manages day-to-day activities of the company.

David P. Pollard
David is a Licensed Irrigator in Texas and has completed advanced courses in irrigation and Computer Aided Design (CAD).  He also is a Class D waterworks/wastewater works operator.  David designs and installs irrigation systems, utilities, and water features, as well as provides management and technical/troubleshooting field services.

Steven L. Ancik     
Steve is a Licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Oklahoma (Certificate #204) and Texas (Certificate #2578) and has been designing landscapes for over 15 years.  He designs site master plans, planting plans, night lighting,  and hardscapes such as decks, pergolas, trellises, paving, water features, and other related landscape items. Steve estimates the project costs, meets with clients, supervises subcontractors, and oversees the installation of the landscape projects.

Brad Sanderson
Brad has 25 years experience with Irrigation Systems and 15 years experience in Swimming Pool Construction.  Brad is experienced in all aspects of landscape construction.  He designs and installs swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, night lighting, hardscapes, boulders, retaining walls.
